Elizabeth Pollack is a temporary research assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan. Her current research focuses on the development of assessment strategies of socially engaged engineering skills. Her research interests include design cognition, design framing, and the quantitative and qualitative aspects of mechanical engineering design. She has a M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. At Michigan State, her research focused on mechanical engineering and design activities, and inclusive design.
